“Utilized Reyna Renovations for the full leveling of my home, and it's an older home that didn't have any previous foundation repair so it was a comprehensive job. Matthew was very responsive and knowledgeable about what was needed and took his time explaining not only the repairs but the estimate and full process of it. Reyna Renovations did a full pier and beam foundation repair that entailed all new pier and beams and stucco skirting. Once the job was completed, Matthew has been and still is open to all my questions and even made a trip back to my home to ensure satisfaction. The 5 year warranty on the work is also a reason we chose to use the company, along with Matthew's expensive expertise. Matthew and his team were very courteous and professional. Some damage was also done to our wood fence while on the job and Matthew was quick to ensure that it would be fixed and these days that's hard to find. We'll definitely be using Reyna Renovations for all our foundation repair in the future and strongly recommend the company.”

“I recently saw a video posted by Matthew Reyna, regarding areas of concern when it comes to foundations. I immediately made an appointment because I had the issue in my house and would hate for the problem to get worst. I received a prompt response from Mr. Reyna and within a week he was at my home addressing my concern. After measuring each angel of the house, he sat down with me and explained his findings! He first explained the good news, I don't have an issue it could just be the way my door was installed and provided me with the measurement angels he took. Although I didn't have a problem, he went into detail on ways to help me prevent long term foundation problem and why here in this region problems occur; regarding soil and etc. The best part was he did all this free of charge!

I hope I never have to use their services but if I do....Reyna Renovations and Foundation Repair will be the company I call!”

Matthew was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband and I were planning on adding an ADU on our property and we decided to reach out to Matthew through Yelp.

Unfortunately we were not able to use Matthew for the work due to our electric meter being on the opposite side of the yard, and due to the protected oak trees , we'll have to trench through our driveway which will be to much of a hassle, we decided to take a different route and decided on a tiny home on our property instead.
