Should I Have My Foundation Inspected?

If your home shows signs of any of the below, you may need to get your foundation inspected.

Interior:

  • Do you have cracks on your walls or ceiling?

  • Are your doors or windows sticking/jammed? Does this change with the “seasons” or when the weather changes?

  • Are there gaps around your windows or door frames?

  • Do you have a hard time locking and unlocking your doors?

  • Do you have buckling or uneven floors?

Exterior:

  • Do you see cracks in the masonry or bricks?

  • Do you see cracks in the foundation?

  • Is your chimney detached or uneven?

  • Are you starting to have plumbing problems?
